1. What products do you sell?

Kay’s Wave offers premium hair bundles, wigs, synthetic and human braiding hair, hair tools, and accessories to help you slay every look effortlessly.


2. How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping takes:

  • U.S. orders: 7–14 business days

  • International orders: 10–20 business days

    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3. How much is shipping?

 

  • Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $6.99

  • Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $100

 


4. Do you offer tracking?

Yes! You’ll receive a tracking email once your package is on the way. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to show.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, it enters processing and cannot be changed or canceled.


6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.


7. What if my order is wrong, damaged, or missing?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue at [yourstoreemail]. We’ll help resolve it.


8. What if my package is delayed or lost?

Shipping times may vary due to carrier issues or peak seasons. If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure checkout options like Shopify Payments and PayPal.
